Gresik Industrial Estate is a developer company which
provides industrial land lots to local, national and foreign investors.
At the present, our company facilitates investors with a variety of
business line such as; industrial land, warehouses, standard factory
building and business center. Our estate is being well-supported by
inclusive infrastructures and facilities that will guarantee tenants’
investment. Gresik Industrial Estate is established on total area
of 135 Ha, with 44 Ha infrastructure areas and 91 Ha commercial areas.
Along with the development, our management planned to grow in other
areas. At the present we are developing Tuban Industrial Estate
which will be manage as professional as in Gresik Industrial Estate.
We will continuously develop our performance and services to our
investor to maintain the mutual cooperation both in present and
in the future, this effort is a reflection of our commitment to
