    Our achievement so far has been tremendous, we would like to show our gratitude to our tenants who has trusted us in years of cooperation. Surely we will continuously do our best in giving and improving our best service and facilities to our present and future tenants. Gresik Industrial Estate is planning to widen its’ services by developing the Tuban Area. Tuban Industrial Estate (Kawasan Industri Tuban) is spanning on 300 hectares land and it is located near the Tuban cement factory. It is a custom designed of industrial estate that will meet the current and future needs of a wide industries spectrum in Indonesia.

With total bought area of 135, 9 Ha and supported by many infrastructures and facilities, Tuban Industrial Estate is set to be a valuable investment for future. We have finished developing the Site Plan and the authorization process both in Principal and Location License. We welcome our future tenants to develop in Tuban Industrial Estate.
