  • 70 % occupied and the available land for sell and rent are 30 Ha.

  • Does the land position also determine both selling and renting prizes? If it does, why?
  • The land position does not influence both the rent and lease prices. All site plants who operate in the area will receive the same facilities such as; relatively easier transportation facility, the customers will be able to find the site easily.

  • How do the payment process works when we buy a property of industrial land in PT KIG?
  • 30% Down Payment and 10% taxes must be settled at the signing of letter of agreement. 70% payment will be done by credit for 6 months.

  • What kind of certificate will be given from PT KIG for land purchasing?
  • Right of Use for Building Certificate (HGB)

  • How long does the administration process will take? Is it possible to use the purchased property before the administration process is done?
  • The land will be available for operation in + 3 (three) months after the signing.

  • When will PT KIG plan to launch the Tuban Industrial Estate?
