- Warehouses = 41 units, Standard Factory Buildings = 13 units

- Yes, the warehouses and Standard Factory Buildings are purchased able.
- How long is the minimum rent period for warehouses & SFB?
- The minimal rent period for warehouses and Standar Factory Building are one year.
- Is there any possibility for KIG to build SFB and Warehouses that customize with tenants? specifications? Both in shapes and sizes?
- Yes there is. KIG will agree to build SFB and Warehouses that customize with tenant’s specifications if the tenants agree to settle DEPOSIT for insurance, with shapes and sizes standardized by KIG & if all of the warehouses and SFB for rent are not available.
