PT Kawasan Industri Gresik (PT KIG) received trust from the government by providing KLIK facility for Tuban Industrial Estate (KIT) which is being built and marketed.
The KLIK (Direct Construction Investment Facility) or I2LK (Direct Construction Investment Permit) is provided by BKPM (Investment Coordinating Board). The special KLIK service makes it easy for the investor, as there is no need to wait for an outgoing permit. But enough in parallel while taking care of the permit, investors can already start the construction of the factory. No need to wait for the exit permit.

1. NIB
Business Identification Number/Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) is the identity of business person in the context of business activities according to their business fields.
2. Izin Usaha Tetap (IUT)
Izin Usaha Tetap (IUT) is a document that must be owned by a foreign-owned company (PT PMA) to be able to operate its business in Indonesia. This permit is used as a supporting document for potential investors to establish their company in the Gresik Industrial Estate.
3. Environmental Permit/Analisa Dampak Lingkungan (Amdal)
Environmental Permit/Analisa Dampak Lingkungan (Amdal) is a permit granted for environmental protection. PT Kawasan Industri Gresik received a letter of recommendation from Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH) to issue an environmental permit for tenants in Gresik Industrial Estate.
1. IUKI KIT
Izin Usaha Industri/Industrial Business License
(IUKI), is a license to conduct business activities Industrial Estate in
accordance with the Klasifikasi Baku Lapangan Usaha Indonesia/Standard
Classification of Indonesian Business Fields (KBLI), Every business activity
for development and management of Industrial Estate must have a valid IUKI.
2. Izin Lokasi/Location Permit KIT
Izin Lokasi/Location permit is a permit granted by the district government to a company to obtain land required for investment, which also applies as a permit to transfer rights, and to use the land for the purposes of its investment business.
3. KLIK KIT
Kemudahan Investasi Langsung Konstruksi/Construction Direct Investment Facility (KLIK) service is provided by Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal/Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) Indonesia. The KLIK service makes it easy for investors. However, it is enough in parallel while taking care of permits, investors can start construction of factories. No need to wait for the exit permit to be completed.
